Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Work From Home Data Entry Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition Team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for supporting the Recruiting area in identifying and contacting potential candidates for our searches. You'll also be tasked with proposing new alternatives to identify candidates, identifying opportunities for improvement in our current processes, and managing job postings on various job portals.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Recruiting area in identifying and initial contact of potential candidates for our searches - Propose new alternatives to identify candidates - Identify opportunities for improvement in the area's current processes - Manage job postings on various job portals and evaluate candidates who apply - Identify and analyze professional profiles in job portals for our open searches
Essential Qualifications
- Proactivity and ability to work in a team - Attention to detail in daily tasks - At least one year of previous work experience (a plus) - Advanced English level
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in data entry or a related field - Familiarity with job portals and recruitment software - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
Skills and Competencies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and time management skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite - Familiarity with data entry software and tools
