The Role

As a Customer Success Advisor in our USA-based remote team, you'll be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with CRM software and customer support tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, marketing, communications).
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, with a focus on customer success or account management.
  • Experience working in a remote team environment.
