Job Summary

As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers via phone, email, and chat. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, and your role will be to resolve their queries, address their concerns, and provide solutions that meet their needs. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate solutions to their queries

  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Use problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex issues, escalating to senior team members when necessary
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues, including sales, marketing, and logistics
  • Provide product information, recommendations, and advice to customers, ensuring they have the best possible experience
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets, ensuring a high level of customer loyalty and retention
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and company policies to provide expert advice to customers
  • Work collaboratively with the customer support team to achieve shared goals and objectives

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of customer-facing experience in a call center, retail, or e-commerce environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple customer interactions simultaneously
  • Proficiency in using computer software, including CRM systems, email, and chat platforms
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Ability to pass a background check and maintain confidentiality of customer information

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a pet-related industry or with a pet-focused company

  • Knowledge of pet products, including food, toys, and accessories
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer support tools
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Fluency in multiple languages
