The Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional support to our customers through various communication channels. Your primary responsibilities will include: ### Key Responsibilities

### What We're Looking For

  • Experience: At least 1 year of customer service background preferred.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in computer usage with a reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 25mbps).
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication abilities and a natural desire to help others.
