Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Identifying customer/family/caregiver needs and communicating services offered
• Scheduling initial in-home clinical visits
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions
• Displaying compassion and empathy in all interactions
• Adhering to HIPAA guidelines and regulations

Key Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Experience with Windows PC applications, including Microsoft Office
• Ability to work an 8-hour shift between the hours of 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM CST
• Reside within the Eastern, Central, or Mountain Time Zone

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, experience working in the healthcare industry and customer retention-focused roles will give you a competitive edge in this position.
