Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing support to customers calling to:

+ Place an order + Check status on an existing order + Inquire about a repair + Get product information/recommendations + Resolve an issue

  • Being familiar and comfortable with soft selling
  • Working from the comfort and convenience of home
  • Scheduling work around your life, family, and priorities
  • Saving money, time, and headaches by avoiding rush hour and commuting costs
  • Earning money on your terms, on your schedule

Certification and Training

Prior to servicing a client opportunity through the Arise?Platform, you'll need to complete a series of assessments and a virtual certification course. These courses can be as short as a few days or can last up to six weeks, depending on the complexity of the client program.
