Job Summary

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Data Entry Clerk Remote. This is a full-time, remote position that will require you to work from your home location in Los Angeles, California. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining data into our company's systems. Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Clerk Remote, you will be responsible for:

  • Accurately inputting and maintaining data into company's systems, including but not limited to customer information, financial records, and inventory data.
  • Performing regular data quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of information.
  • Preparing reports and presentations based on data analysis.
  • Collaborating with various departments to ensure timely and accurate data entry.
  • Identifying and resolving any discrepancies in data entries.
  • Maintaining confidentiality and security of all data entered.
  • Other administrative and clerical duties as assigned.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in data entry or related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant industry preferred.
