Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be part of a diverse team that works on various projects across the globe. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the Recruiting area in identifying and initial contact of potential candidates for our searches
• Proposing new alternatives to identify candidates
• Identifying opportunities for improvement in the current processes of the area
• Managing notices in different job portals with which we work and evaluating the candidates that apply to them
• Identifying and analyzing professional profiles in job portals for the different searches we have open

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualities:

• Proactivity and ability to work in a team
• Marked attention to detail in daily work
• 1+ previous work experience (a plus)
• Advanced English level
