Customer Experience Representative I

We’re seeking a service professional who enjoys building relationships, helping others, solving problems, and new challenges! From the initial phone request to the post service praise, our CERs communicate with our customers throughout their Accel experience. In this position, you will help foster trust and high levels of customer satisfaction that we pride ourselves on. The ideal candidate is a highly professional, friendly individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills with a desire to help people by listening to their concerns and assisting them with their requests.

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Effectively communicate with customers via phone to assist them with their needs and also increase their customer satisfaction.
  • Provide excellent customer service to all customers while handling their requests.
  • Utilize a specialized computer system to gather information and notate the nature of all calls handled.

Skills/Abilities

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multi-task well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
  • Strong computer and typing skills.

Requirements

  • Prolonged periods working at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Ability to excel in an inbound call environment by meeting goals for volume of calls to be handled on a daily basis.
  • Six months to one year related or customer service experience desired.
  • Call center experience a plus.
  • Position is remote with one in-office day per month.
  • Must have access to reliable hard-wired internet and a quiet place to work
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
