Regional Sales Manager – Building Products (Outdoor Structures)

- Identify, recruit, and onboard new dealers, distributors, and partners
- Manage and grow an existing book of business
- Develop and close commercial opportunities (builders, contractors, hospitality, etc.)
- Conduct in-person visits, product presentations, and training
- Maintain consistent follow-up and pipeline management
- Attend trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams on pricing, logistics, and project execution
- Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience (building products, outdoor living, construction, or similar preferred)
- Proven ability to prospect and close new business
- Experience working with dealers or distribution networks strongly preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage a sales Regional independently
- Willingness to travel regularly within assigned Regional
- Base Salary: $65,000
- Commission: Uncapped (targeting $2M+ annual sales)
