Salary Range: $70,000.00 - $150,000.00 per yearResponsibilities:
  • Engage with potential clients to understand their insurance requirements and provide expert guidance.
  • Develop and present customized insurance proposals that meet individual client needs.
  • Effectively manage a sales pipeline, from initial contact through closing the deal.
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with a diverse clientele.
  • Stay current with insurance products, market trends, and regulatory changes.
  • Collaborate with the team to share best practices and contribute to overall success.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets, demonstrating a commitment to high performance.
Requirements:
  • Prior Allstate experience is required for this role.
  • Property/Casualty and Life/Health insurance licenses.
  • Demonstrated success in sales, ideally within the insurance industry.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A proactive approach to identifying client needs and offering solutions.
  • A genuine desire to help people and build lasting relationships.
  • Ability to manage your time effectively and work independently.
  • Enthusiasm for continuous learning and professional development in the insurance field.

This is a remote position.
