Temporary Customer Service Advisor Role

As a Temporary Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our customers through various contact channels, including email, live chat, social media, and phone. You will be the face of arenaflex, and your role will be to solve problems, provide advice, and try to help wherever you can. You will be responsible for maintaining our reputation for excellence and ensuring that our customers have a positive experience with our brand.

Key Responsibilities

As a Temporary Customer Service Advisor, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Taking inbound contacts from people who need your help
  • Making outbound calls/sending emails to update people on any stock and delivery issues and to put their minds at ease that they will be resolved
  • Using our various business systems to make changes to orders
  • Investigating customer issues using our business systems and communicating with 3rd party suppliers
  • Listening to customers and suggesting improvements to the business
  • Providing exceptional customer service through various contact channels, including email, live chat, social media, and phone

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Experience in email-based customer service, preferably in an ecommerce environment
  • Strong work ethic and timekeeping
