Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for engaging with customers to understand their individual needs and preferences, consulting and providing information to customers and providers, and educating customers on available products, services, and options. Key Responsibilities

  • Educate customers on available products, services, and options
  • Resolve customer complaints, issues, and concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and documentation
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Stay up-to-date with product and service offerings to provide informed guidance to customers

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or retail environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Active listening skills to understand customer needs
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle difficult situations
  • Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of relevant software applications
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, or customer service)

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Knowledge of industry-specific products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
