Key Responsibilities

As an Admin Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems, ensuring high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Managing multiple tasks and priorities, working effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Providing exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases
  • Collaborating with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives
  • Staying up-to-date with company policies and procedures, implementing changes as necessary
  • Performing other duties as assigned by management

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or vocational training preferred

  • No experience required – we're happy to train you!
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • High attention to detail, organization, and ability to multi-task in a professional manner
  • Ability to perform job duties with or without reasonable accommodations

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in data entry or a related field

  • Familiarity with arenaflex's systems and processes
  • Certification in data entry or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
