Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for leading a team of customer care professionals and driving customer success through exceptional service and support. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing Customer Success Metrics: You'll work with our team to develop and implement customer success metrics that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Building Trust with Customer Accounts: You'll build strong relationships with our customers and develop trust through open and interactive communication.
  • Scheduling and Attending Virtual Meetings: You'll schedule and attend virtual meetings with customers using Zoom and other platforms.
  • Monitoring and Mitigating Account-Level Risks: You'll identify and mitigate account-level risks and up-sell opportunities, align product and customer roadmaps, and deliver customer renewals.
  • Presenting to Families Different Benefits Programs: You'll present to families different benefits programs, enroll new clients, and open new accounts.
  • Overseeing and Prioritizing Each Customer in Your Portfolio: You'll oversee and prioritize each customer in your portfolio to ensure exceptional service and support.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:

  • US or Canadian Citizenship: You'll need to be a US or Canadian citizen to work with our company.

  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: You'll need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with our customers.
  • Self-Motivated Team Player: You'll need to be a self-motivated team player who is proficient in multi-tasking and can work independently.
  • Proficient with Computers and Zoom: You'll need to be proficient with computers and Zoom, although this is not a requirement.
