About the Role:

As a Customer Sales Executive - Part Time - Remote, you'll be responsible for engaging with our customers, providing exceptional service and support, and driving sales growth. Your primary focus will be on managing and converting lead-generated inbound calls, being a product expert and brand ambassador, and meeting and exceeding personal and team targets. You'll also be responsible for up-selling additional products and services, existing customer engagement and service management, and being a role model within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

What We're Looking For:

* A genuine desire to help the community and be empathetic and attentive to our customers' needs

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and achieve and surpass targets
  • Previous experience in a telephone-based sales role and working remotely
  • A customer-centric mindset, highly organized, and a good level of education
  • Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
