Job Duties and Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Receiving English inbound calls and providing exceptional support to our clients and customers
  • Placing outbound calls to existing English clients and customers to resolve issues and provide information
  • Answering questions from English customers and forwarding messages to clients in a timely and professional manner
  • Meeting Quality Assurance requirements and other key performance metrics to ensure exceptional service delivery
  • Maintaining a working knowledge of company products, services, and promotions for our clients to provide accurate and up-to-date information
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide seamless support to our clients and customers

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills to effectively interact with clients and customers
  • Flexible availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • English language proficiency to communicate effectively with clients and customers
  • Excellent listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns, and overcome objectives
  • Strong work ethic and self-starter mentality to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change within a fast-paced professional working environment
  • Ability to learn and navigate new software quickly to stay up-to-date with our systems and processes
  • Goal-oriented with professional work ethics to consistently deliver exceptional results
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office to effectively manage and analyze data
  • Leadership skills to mentor and support colleagues in a team environment
  • Reliable transportation to ensure timely attendance and flexibility in scheduling
  • Previous customer service experience, with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role (preferred)

Technical Requirements

To work as a remote customer service agent with arenaflex, you'll need:

  • A PC or laptop with at least Windows 10 (Apple/Mac products, Chromebooks, and tablets are not compatible)
  • A hard-wired high-speed internet connection (ethernet cable) to ensure reliable and secure connectivity
  • A USB-connected headset to provide clear and professional communication
  • A webcam to facilitate video conferencing and virtual meetings
  • A quiet dedicated place to work free from distractions, including pets and children
