Job Overview

We're seeking an experienced Customer Support Associate to join our hybrid team, working remotely and in-office in Denver, CO. As a Customer Support Associate, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing support through live chat, email, and phone. You'll troubleshoot technical issues, answer product usage questions, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for our users. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team and make a real impact on the customer experience.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Associate, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer support through live chat, email, and phone, resolving technical issues and answering product usage questions
  • Collaborating with other teams, including Sales, Customer Success, Engineering, Customer Experience, and Finance, to ensure quality interactions and promote the voice of the customer
  • Reporting technical issues and logging tickets with accurate information to provide a full record of each issue and resolution
  • Communicating daily with Tier 2 (Technical Team, Specialists), and Leadership to raise important user concerns, customer sentiment, and product feedback
  • Participating in support-related projects to improve our team's skills and processes
  • Embodying arenaflex's "Great Behavior" values, including courage, accountability, and smart decision-making
  • Being seen throughout the organization as accountable, optimistic, and respectful, with a continuous improvement mindset and a willingness to learn and grow

Minimum Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 1+ years of experience in Customer Support, with a focus on email, phone, and live chat in a SaaS environment
  • Experience troubleshooting technical issues and providing support for iOS, Android, and Windows platforms, as well as cloud-based software like Microsoft Suite and OneDrive
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to remain composed and patient in high-pressure situations
  • A collaborative and consultative work style, with a high level of integrity and accountability
  • The ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention
  • Knowledge of construction software and the industry, with a passion for innovation and improvement
  • Experience working with a global team, with a focus on cultural sensitivity and awareness
  • A degree in a related field, such as customer support, business administration, or communications

  • A starting base salary between $48,300 and $78,100, depending on experience and location
