Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional phone support to our clients, addressing a wide range of inquiries and requests with accuracy and professionalism. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to incoming client calls and address inquiries regarding benefits, qualification, services, prior approval requirements, additional benefits, and projects

  • Utilize fast and secure internet connectivity via an ethernet connection, with Wi-Fi access not permitted
  • Drive to the office in Richmond, VA when unable to telecommute due to prolonged technical issues
  • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to meet performance guidelines, participation requirements, and call quality objectives
  • Showcase independence and self-motivation, with the ability to work effectively in a remote setting

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
