Key Responsibilities

As a Digital Chat Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Providing premium service and building relationships with customers via phone, chat, email, and social media correspondence
• Assisting with order tracking, processing returns and refunds, warranty questions, and product questions
• Assisting customers with product information, website navigation, and general questions
• Handling multiple chats at a time, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Digital chat experience handling multiple chats at a time
• Ability to pass a typing test with 55 WPM
• Reliable internet with 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed, with the ability to hardwire
• 1-2 previous managerial, supervisor, or team lead professional references
• Availability to work between 8am-7pm Central Time, Monday-Sunday (with 8-hour shifts, 5 days a week)

• Previous experience in customer service or support roles
• Knowledge of footwear industry or similar products
• Familiarity with social media platforms and online communication tools
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
