Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced full stack data analyst to join our team and contribute to the development of our inventory network insights and business intelligence capabilities. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for working collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders to design and implement data-driven solutions that drive business success. This is a full-time, remote position with a competitive salary of $27/hour.

Key Responsibilities

* Execute existing reporting and analytical tasks (30%) + Develop and maintain complex data visualizations and reports to support business decision-making + Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize reporting requirements + Ensure timely and accurate delivery of reports and analytics

• Use data analysis tools to create new dashboards, reports, and ad-hoc requests (20%)

+ Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using data visualization tools + Develop and maintain data models and data warehouses to support business intelligence + Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize new reporting requirements

• Ensure the quality of work output by demonstrating a keen attention to detail (20%)

+ Develop and maintain data quality standards and procedures + Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize data quality initiatives + Ensure timely and accurate delivery of high-quality reports and analytics

• Foster additional technical capabilities and domain expertise within the core functional team (20%)

+ Develop and maintain technical skills in data analysis, data visualization, and data science + Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize technical skills development + Ensure timely and accurate delivery of technical skills development initiatives

• Present findings in easily understood ways, focusing on how the data analysis fits into the overall plan (10%)

+ Develop and maintain effective communication skills to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders + Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize communication requirements + Ensure timely and accurate delivery of clear and concise communication

Direct Supervisor/Direct Reports

This position reports to a supervisor and has no immediate reports.

Travel Requirements

This position requires occasional travel under 10% of the time.

Physical Requirements

This position is spent sitting in a comfortable position, with continuous opportunities to move about. Occasionally, there may be a need to move or lift light objects.

Working Conditions

This position is located in a comfortable indoor area. Any disturbing circumstances would be rare and not objectionable.

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as software engineering, mathematics, computer science, or economics

• 2 years of work experience in data mining, statistical analysis, evaluation, and estimation
• Strong technical skills in data analysis, data visualization, and data science
• Experience with SQL Server, Teradata, Prophet, or similar data set frameworks
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in a quantitative field

• 5 years of work experience in data analysis, data visualization, and data science
• Experience with data modeling, data warehousing, and business intelligence
• Strong skills in data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js
• Experience with machine learning and artificial intelligence
