Overview

Gain an in-depth understanding of consumer behavior in the healthcare industry and master the techniques of customer discovery. In this externship, you'll conduct detailed customer discovery research to understand the needs and preferences of individuals aged 18 to 60 regarding pharmaceutical screening programs. Alongside mastering the techniques of customer discovery, you'll learn how to translate consumer insights into practical recommendations that drive business growth and improve patient outcomes.

Your Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Discovery Extern, you'll have the opportunity to:

• Conduct in-depth customer discovery research to uncover consumer needs, preferences, and pain points in the pharmaceutical screening landscape
• Develop strategic recommendations to design an ideal screening program that addresses consumer needs and enhances their experience
• Present your insights to arenaflex's product team, synthesizing your research into actionable recommendations
• Cultivate a diverse skill set, including market research, analysis, and strategic thinking
