Job Overview

As a Live Chat Agent, you will be the primary point of contact for our online community, providing timely and professional responses to customer inquiries through live chat interactions. This role requires a strong and diverse skillset, including excellent communication and interpersonal skills, problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities, and proficiency in using a computer, internet, and live chat software.

Responsibilities

* Respond to live chat inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate and helpful information to our online community.

  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a courteous and efficient manner.
  • Utilize knowledge of our products and services to address customer questions and provide solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and escalate concerns as needed.
  • Consistently meet or exceed customer satisfaction and quality metrics.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on our products and services.
