Key Responsibilities

As an Online Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our passengers by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless travel experience. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to passenger inquiries through multiple channels, including email, online chat, and social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
  • Managing booking and reservation requests, including processing changes and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Providing comprehensive information regarding flight schedules, baggage policies, and other travel-related queries.
  • Resolving complaints and issues, such as lost baggage, delayed flights, or seating arrangements, in a proactive and professional manner.
  • Collaborating with other departments, such as operations and ticketing, to resolve complex passenger issues.

Essential Qualifications
