Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the following key responsibilities:

• Book air and ground transportation for clients, ensuring seamless and stress-free travel experiences
• Research and locate the best pricing and options for clients based on their needs, providing expert recommendations and solutions
• Book hotel reservations for clients in their desired location, ensuring that their accommodations meet their expectations
• Plan and promote accommodations and travel scenarios, tailoring packages to meet the unique needs and preferences of each client
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that client needs are met and exceeded
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, vendor offerings, and arenaflex policies and procedures to ensure that you're always providing the best possible service to our clients
