Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Researching various destinations and travel options to provide expert advice to our clients
- Diagnosing client specifications and suggesting suitable travel packages and services
- Organizing travel from beginning to end, including booking flights, hotels, and activities
- Supplying travelers with pertinent information and useful travel materials
- Collecting deposits and managing client payments
- Using promotional techniques and preparing promotional material to sell itineraries and tour packages
- Handling unforeseen issues and determining eligibility for credits/refunds
- Maintaining relationships with key vendors and partners
- Keeping financial statements and documents up-to-date
- Asking for help and guidance when needed
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Proficiency in English; multilingualism is a plus
- Exemplary sales skills and a customer-oriented approach
- Well-versed in various areas of travel, including domestic, international, business, holidays, groups, and individual travel
- Ability to present, persuade, and communicate effectively
- Demonstrate ability to handle crises and provide excellent customer service
- Self-motivated and positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt
- Ability to work independently, but also as part of a team
- Reliable internet connection and computer or smartphone
- Availability to attend live and recorded trainings and meetings
