Job Summary

As a Remote Data Entry Amazon Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with their orders and inquiries. Your primary responsibility will be to provide prompt and friendly responses via online chat, helping customers track their orders, resolve payment issues, and answer product-related questions. You will also have the opportunity to suggest suitable products, process returns or exchanges, and offer assistance with account-related matters.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service via online chat, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
