Job Overview
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data management systems. You will work closely with our development team to assist in the creation of tools that facilitate data migration and application setup. Your exceptional communication skills and ability to interact clearly and professionally in English will enable you to provide top-notch support to our end users.
Key Responsibilities
* Accurately input and organize user data and organizational records into the system.
- Collaborate with the development team to assist in the creation of tools that facilitate data migration and application setup.
- Support end users by ensuring their accounts and credentials are properly established and functioning.
- Work closely with team members to troubleshoot and address basic issues as they arise.
- Commit to a shift that corresponds with your assigned division, with options available between 8 AM-5 PM, 9 AM-6 PM, 10 AM-7 PM, or 11 AM-8 PM EST.
Required Skills
* Strong typing ability (40+ WPM) with a focus on accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the capacity to interact clearly and professionally in English.
- Bilingual candidates (English and Spanish) are advantageous.
- Experience in Tier 1 helpdesk or technical support is a plus.
