The Role
As a Live Chat and Telephone Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for clients seeking mental health support services. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional support and guidance to clients, ensuring a positive and empowering experience. You'll work closely with our team to troubleshoot technical issues, provide accurate information about services and policies, and maintain proper documentation of interactions.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to live chat and telephone inquiries promptly and professionally, providing empathetic and non-judgmental support to clients
- Build and maintain positive client relationships through personalized support and follow-up interactions
- Troubleshoot technical issues to ensure a seamless experience for clients
- Provide accurate information about services, pricing, and policies, ensuring clients have a clear understanding of their options
- Collaborate with the team to enhance the customer experience and identify areas for improvement
- Follow up with clients to ensure their needs are met and provide ongoing support as needed
- Maintain proper documentation of interactions, including client notes and communication records
Requirements
* 1 year of customer support experience, preferably in live chat or telephone support
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds and experiences
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on creative and empathetic solutions
- Comfortable with technology and troubleshooting, with experience using live chat and telephone support software
- Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple client interactions and tasks simultaneously
- Positive attitude and passion for helping others, with a commitment to delivering exceptional support and care
