Key Responsibilities:
* Reach out to individuals who have requested more information on the benefits we offer and schedule Zoom meetings to discuss their options
- Customize new benefit plans and adjust existing plans to fit the current needs of each client, ensuring that they receive the best possible coverage for their family's needs
- Establish and maintain relationships with existing and new clients, providing attentive customer service and administrative support as needed
- Perform benefit reviews for existing clients, as well as help with any necessary claims or adjustments, ensuring that all documentation is accurate and complete
- Respond to and resolve client questions and concerns regarding their benefits, providing timely and effective solutions
- Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, and contribute to the development of new initiatives and programs
Essential Qualifications:
* 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and responsibility
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with experience using CRM software and other technology tools
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in the insurance or benefits industry, with knowledge of supplemental benefits and related products
- Certification in customer service or sales, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Sales Professional (CSP)
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with a strong understanding of the benefits and challenges of working from home
- Fluency in multiple languages, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds
