Job Summary

As an Administrative Assistant / Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our team's success by providing exceptional administrative support, data entry services, and customer communication. Key Responsibilities

* Provide administrative support to our team, including data entry, document preparation, and filing

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in an administrative or data entry role

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Proficiency in basic PC skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required
  • US citizenship or permanent residency required
