Job Summary

As a Virtual Customer Care representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to American Express card members via phone, chat, and email channels. You will handle a wide range of inquiries, including account inquiries, billing questions, and assistance with card benefits and rewards. You will also be responsible for educating card members on American Express products, services, and digital tools to enhance their experience.

Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to American Express card members via phone, chat, and email channels.

  • Handle a wide range of inquiries, including account inquiries, billing questions, and assistance with card benefits and rewards.
  • Listen actively to card members' needs and concerns, offering empathetic support and personalized solutions.
  • Educate card members on American Express products, services, and digital tools to enhance their experience.
  • Utilize resources and systems to accurately document customer interactions and follow up on unresolved issues.
  • Meet and exceed performance metrics, including quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.

Requirements

* Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or remote environment.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to navigate complex inquiries effectively.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
