The Role
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be the voice of arenaflex, providing exceptional service to our members via live chat and email. You will be responsible for:
- Delivering amazing service to our members, offering education and guidance to help them understand and utilize their benefits
- Following documented best practices for handling member inquiries and suggesting process improvements
- Managing and organizing workload using arenaflex's platform and tools, including Zendesk and G Suite
- Triaging and escalating complex and urgent member care needs
- Retaining detail-oriented working knowledge of employer health benefits and insurance
- Relaying member feedback to leadership teams to improve arenaflex's solution
Requirements
* Verbal and written fluency in Spanish and English
- Experience working in a customer-facing environment with demonstrated ability to stay calm under pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of process-orientation, digital organization, and resourcefulness
- Desire to work in a rapidly evolving startup environment with some ambiguity
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
- Quiet and distraction-free work environment with reliable internet connection (ability to hard wire if needed strongly preferred)
