Job Description

arenaflex is currently seeking an experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative to join our expanding team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through phone, chat, and email channels. You will handle inquiries, resolve customer complaints, and ensure a positive customer experience, meeting or exceeding defined service level goals.

Responsibilities

• Answering and responding to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
• Providing accurate and efficient solutions to customer issues or concerns
• Documenting customer interactions and updating customer records in the system
• Collaborating with team members and other departments to resolve complex customer inquiries
