Job Overview

As a Chat Representative – Automotive Online Support at arenaflex, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our dealer clients are positively represented online and in converting these interactions into valuable leads. Your contributions will drive revenue from website traffic, and you will have the opportunity to develop your customer service expertise while gaining insights into the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to a diverse range of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely information about our products and services

  • Deliver precise information about our products and services through chat interaction, ensuring a seamless customer experience
  • Assist customers in scheduling appointments based on their needs, demonstrating a strong understanding of our dealership offerings
  • Cultivate and update an extensive knowledge base of our evolving products and services, staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments
  • Collect and document customer contact details for lead generation and client follow-up, ensuring accurate and efficient data management
  • Summarize customer interactions, highlighting their needs for client review, and providing actionable insights for continuous improvement

Required Skills

  • Pleasant, patient, and friendly demeanor, with a strong focus on building rapport with customers
  • Strong decision-making and analytical capabilities, with the ability to think critically and solve problems effectively

  • Fast typing skills, with a minimum of 35 words per minute preferred, to ensure efficient and accurate data entry

Qualifications

* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is advantageous but not mandatory

  • Capability to handle multiple tasks efficiently, with experience in gaming or other fast-paced environments a plus
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification required, with a strong focus on customer service and communication skills
  • You must be able to pass a background check, ensuring a safe and secure work environment
  • Preferred: 2+ years of experience in an office environment, customer interaction, call center, or customer service setting, with a strong track record of success and customer satisfaction
