Job Opportunity

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Care Professional to join our team on a part-time or full-time basis. This role offers the flexibility to work remotely via Zoom, with the option to work from a nearby branch location. As a Customer Care Professional, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, guiding clients through financial planning options, and providing education and support to help them achieve their goals.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Professional, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and chat
  • Guiding clients through financial planning options, including retirement plan rollovers, investments, life insurance products, annuities, college plans, and more
  • Assisting clients with daily activities, such as retirement planning, college planning, long-term care, life insurance, and more
  • Collaborating with diverse groups of people to achieve common goals
  • Thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapting to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Demonstrating a commitment to personal and professional growth, with a willingness to learn and develop new skills

Desirable Experience

While prior experience in the financial industry is not mandatory, we're looking for candidates with a strong background in customer service, sales, marketing, accounting, or managerial/leadership/entrepreneurial roles.
