Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for: - Greeting customers and guiding them through the ticketing and baggage check-in process - Using a computer to sell, print, and reissue tickets - Managing the check-in process, ensuring customers have the proper documentation for travel - Tagging baggage and performing lifting tasks that involve transferring baggage from scales to conveyor belts - Practicing safety-conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures

Essential Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required - 1-2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a team environment and provide support to colleagues - Basic computer skills and proficiency in using software applications - Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
