Job Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Manager - Call Center, you'll be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of our call center, focusing on call metrics and quality assurance. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the call center, focusing on call metrics and quality assurance
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance call center efficiency and performance
- Recruit, train, and mentor call center agents to build a strong team
- Monitor and analyze call center metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with the VP of Client Experience to optimize the use of Amazon Connect for call handling
Essential Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 5+ years of experience in a call center management role, preferably in the health insurance industry
- Expert knowledge of Amazon Connect
- Experience managing a remote team
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and mentor diverse teams
- Proven track record in managing and improving call center operations
