Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers through proactive communication and follow-up
  • Providing prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
  • Utilizing a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options and provide personalized recommendations
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner
  • Staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide expert advice and guidance to customers

Requirements

To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A customer-focused approach and a passion for delivering exceptional service
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Self-motivation and a proactive approach to problem-solving

  • Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the insurance industry
  • Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
  • Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
  • Availability to work a standard Monday-Friday schedule, with flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed
