Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers via phone, email, and chat. You will be responsible for:

  • Answering inbound calls about our products and services, providing accurate information, and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Understanding and adhering to policies and procedures used for daily operations, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
  • Taking accountability for customer satisfaction, demonstrating a strong phone presence, and assisting customers with less than perfect credit.
  • Achieving high satisfaction on customer surveys, participating in team meetings, and contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment.
  • Participating in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues and exceeding customer expectations.

  • Understand and adhere to policies and procedures, ensuring accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries.

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in CRM software a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

* Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) with a 10% differential in compensation.

  • Experience in the financial services industry or a related field.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technical tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

* Competitive hourly rate starting at $17.00-$18.90, with opportunities to increase take-home pay.

  • Top 75% of associates are eligible for incentives, with opportunities to earn up to an additional $3.50/hour when working non-traditional hours.
