Job Summary

As a Data Entry Assistant at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in processing submissions sent electronically by our members. Your primary responsibilities will include comparing data with source documents, checking for accuracy, and ensuring that supporting documentation meets specified requirements. This is a low-stress role with great rewards, perfect for someone who is reliable, willing to learn, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

* Consistently meet the established daily quota for data entry tasks

  • Perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Handle personal and confidential member information in compliance with HIPAA regulations
  • Understand and follow specific instructions and procedures
  • Accurately document and record member information
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

* Proficient in PC operations and navigation

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Desire and ability to be a team player
  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with data entry and CRM software
