Role Overview

As a Full Stack Customer Service Associate, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences at our Remote Delivery Stations. You'll be responsible for providing real-time, hands-on support to ensure our customers receive their packages on time, as promised. Your primary goal will be to connect customers with experts who can provide them with accurate and up-to-date information about their packages. You'll be the face of arenaflex, making sure we put smiles on our customers' faces.

Key Responsibilities

* Communicate with customers directly in-person, via phone, and via email to resolve issues and provide support

  • Empathize with and prioritize customer needs, upholding company values and respecting every customer
  • Resolve issues and set appropriate expectations with customers, consistently composing grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written responses
  • Approach problems logically and with good judgment to ensure the appropriate customer outcome
  • Make quick and effective decisions on behalf of the customer
  • Work a flexible Full-Time (40 hours per week) schedule, with opportunities for growth and development
  • Perform tasks that require physical stamina, including carrying, lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 49 pounds, standing, and walking for up to 12 hours

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and prioritize their needs
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to approach problems logically and make effective decisions
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting up to 49 pounds

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a logistics or delivery environment

  • Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
