Job Responsibilities

As a Remote Ticket/Gate Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support throughout their journey. Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting customers and assisting with check-in, baggage handling, and boarding processes
• Operating loading bridges and securing aircraft doors
• Escorting unaccompanied minors and disabled passengers through the airport
• Scheduling and working flexible shifts, including early morning and overnight hours
• Maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and colleagues
• Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless customer service and efficient operations
