The Role

As an Experienced Full Stack Live Chat Agent, you'll be responsible for providing real-time assistance and support to our customers via live chat, phone, and email. You'll be the face of arenaflex, and your interactions will set the tone for our brand's reputation. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Customer Interaction: Engage with customers through live chat, phone, and email to address their inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product/service information.
  • Problem-Solving: Utilize your critical thinking skills to identify and solve customer problems efficiently and effectively.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products/services to assist customers with confidence.
  • Multi-Tasking: Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining a high level of professionalism and accuracy.
  • Documentation: Keep detailed records of customer interactions and the solutions provided.
