Your Day-to-Day:
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including: - Preparing, sorting, and interpreting data in an organized manner to ensure efficient entry - Closing Batch Tickets for both locations (Pembroke & Tower) - Reading and understanding product formulas, building sheets, and bill of materials - Understanding units of measure and the significance of accurate reporting and data entry - Clarifying missing information by contacting document authors - Maintaining current tracking systems and updating existing systems to meet future requirements - Understanding and adhering to quality systems, including SQF, HACCP, and GMP practices - Adhering to PPE requirements as required - Performing other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bilingual English/Spanish (reading/writing/speaking) is required - Associate degree or equivalent - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in manufacturing - Excellent consultative, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in manufacturing - Experience effectively managing the recruiting process for a load of at least 30-50 open positions at any given time
