Job Summary

As a Home-Based Customer Service Advocate for arenaflex, you will provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. You will also resolve customer concerns and issues in a professional and empathetic manner, handle customer requests for flight changes, upgrades, cancellations, and refunds, and educate customers on arenaflex loyalty programs, policies, and services.

Key Responsibilities
