Job Summary

As a Home-Based Customer Service Advocate for arenaflex, you will provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. You will assist customers with inquiries related to flight reservations, itineraries, baggage, and general travel information. You will also resolve customer concerns and issues in a professional and empathetic manner, handle customer requests for flight changes, upgrades, cancellations, and refunds, and educate customers on arenaflex loyalty programs, policies, and services.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.

  • Assist customers with inquiries related to flight reservations, itineraries, baggage, and general travel information.
  • Resolve customer concerns and issues in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Handle customer requests for flight changes, upgrades, cancellations, and refunds.
  • Educate customers on arenaflex loyalty programs, policies, and services.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Stay updated on airline industry trends and arenaflex offerings to provide accurate information to customers.

Required Skills and Qualifications

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or airline industry.
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools.
  • High-speed internet connection and a suitable home office setup.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
