Job Description
As a Live Chat Remote Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to log in to our live chat portal on our website each morning and promptly address customer inquiries as they arise. Our live chat software features tools to assist you in responding to frequently asked questions, and you'll have access to a chat supervisor for guidance on more complex inquiries.
