Job Summary

We're seeking a Part Time Bilingual Customer Service Coordinator to join our remote team, working Monday through Friday from 10 am to 3 pm CST. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for fielding in-bound calls from customers, assisting them with questions regarding our services and products, and providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities

As a Part Time Bilingual Customer Service Coordinator, you'll be responsible for:

  • Determining customer requirements by working with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Answering inquiries by clarifying desired information, researching, locating, and providing information
  • Resolving problems by clarifying issues, researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions, implementing solutions, and escalating unresolved problems
  • Fulfills requests by clarifying desired information, completing transactions, and forwarding requests
  • Maintaining call center database by entering information
  • Keeps equipment operational by following established procedures and reporting malfunctions
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities
  • Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
  • May require other duties as assigned

Education and Experience

* High School Diploma or equivalent required

  • Minimum of one year of Customer Service or Call Center experience required
  • Bilingual Spanish (Read, Write, and Speak) is required

Knowledge and Skills

* Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Ability to work in a structured environment and adhere to regulatory and compliance requirements
  • Strong interpersonal skills, professional, courteous, friendly, and empathetic
  • Strong problem-solving skills, analytical skills, and detail-oriented
  • Ability to positively adjust to a rapidly changing environment
  • Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • PC literacy is also required (experience using Windows-based applications preferred)
  • Ability to deal with customers in a professional manner, including handling irate customers in a way that brings the interaction to a positive conclusion
