Job Summary

As a Part-Time Data Entry Specialist with arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in processing incoming healthcare claim forms, digitizing claims, and ensuring accuracy and meeting established performance targets. Key Responsibilities

* Process incoming healthcare claim forms submitted by clients

• Digitize claims using the designated format while ensuring accurate input of all claim details
• Meet the company's established keystrokes per hour or words per minute targets
• Collaborate with team members to ensure effective and efficient workflow
• Utilize MS Office and internet research skills to complete tasks efficiently
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports

Essential Qualifications

* Proficient computer skills, including MS Office and internet research

• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Problem-solving skills and a self-guided approach
• Customer service experience is a plus, but not required
