Role Summary

As a Remote Customer Support Agent, you will be responsible for handling inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. You will provide timely and effective resolutions to customer issues, document interactions, and escalate complex cases when necessary. Your positive and empathetic attitude will ensure customer satisfaction, while your ability to stay updated on product knowledge and company policies will drive success.

Qualifications

* Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

  • Proven experience in customer support or a similar role
  • Familiarity with CRM software and remote communication tools is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Must be located in the United States with access to a reliable internet connection
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
